2025-26 CLUB INFORMATION

• We offer 2 packages to accommodate different commitment levels: Hybrid and Regional
• The Club season runs December - May (6 months). Players have the option to continue playing in our separate Summer doubles program (June & July).
• The program does not include:
  • Tournament entry fees
  • NGB membership fees
  • Travel costs

2025-26 CLUB FAQs

• When are tryouts? Players can attend an early tryout (July 9-10) OR a regular tryout (Nov 2-5). They only need to attend ONE tryout date.
• When are club dues collected? A $300 deposit is required to reserve a player's spot on the club team IF they attend an early tryout in July. Otherwise, club dues can be submitted in full in November or in 3 installments over the course of the season.
• When do I need to decide my club package? Club packages do not need to be elected until November regardless of your tryout date.
• Do I need a partner? No, in fact we do not encourage players to join the club team with a partner in mind. During practice, players will be mixed up frequently. Players will be able to pick their own partners for most tournaments, but we encourage competing with multiple teammates through out the season.
• Can I pick my practice days? Each player will have set practice day(s) per week. When possible, we will take into account other weekly commitments when creating the practice schedule.
• Can I play in more tournaments? An expansive list of recommended tournaments will be provided to the club should any players want to compete in additional events! 

TRYOUT GUIDELINES

• Players must be between ages 11 - 18. Beach competition divisions are based on grad year (see below) so tryouts are divided into 12-14U and 16-18U:

  18 & Under: Athletes graduating high school in 2026 or later.

  16 & Under: Athletes graduating high school in 2028 or later.

  14 & Under: Athletes graduating high school in 2030 or later.

  12 & Under: Athletes graduating high school in 2032 or later.

• NOTE: Beach doubles requires high level ball control and a consistent overhand serve. We recommend that players have 2+ years of indoor and/or beach volleyball experience. Indoor players without beach experience are more than welcome!
